Great product, helps with tension

It does that Stephen because it helps to slow down the brain waves and create a sense of calmness. Many use it to battle stress, depression, addiction withdrawls, insomnia and so much more when it comes to mood support but you should see what it can do for the brain and how MOST EVERYONE we help uses it to systemically reduce inflammation!

Tastes better than the others

This is the first CBD that I have used with no added flavoring. What a huge difference! I use 3 full droppers full per day. So the fact that it no longer tastes bad is a relief.
All of the remedies that I have used from SMH have made a big difference.

Sleep Amazing

The bottle says take a dropper full. I can only take about 4-5 drops at night before going to sleep and I have the most sound sleep.
I have always slept well but taking this CBD oil makes it a deep sleep. Wake up feeling so rested.
